I understand the gates, but it doesn’t effect my experience there. I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean and enjoyable

Honestly, wouldn't stay there again. Every day I was there, they turned the water off at 9 am. Also key card kept having issues. Not one offer to make it right.

It was a great location. The room was nice and had a cool modern feel. Front desk and other employees were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a little smaller than expected and parking was very confusing due to construction. Overall, we had a great stay and it was very affordable.

I always choose the aloft everyone we come to Tulsa. The hotel has the best shampoo and conditioner. It can't be purchased as it's exclusively for the aloft. The beds are THE MOST comfortable I've slept in while traveling. I always get a corner room which is one of the biggest rooms they offer but it is literally so worth it for a family of 4. I am a loyal customer of aloft

Bathroom was dirty.They came i room while we were still asleep. Sad. Didn't look like the pictures

Staff was very nice

Leak outside my room, no hot water, no housekeeping and long delays when I asked for both. Debris in hallway for 3 days from leak. Hotel needs overhaul and day mgr that performs.

The staff was nice enough, but the whole property was just shabby. Poor fittings everywhere, looked like things were rushed in the rooms when it was built. There’s no breakfast, basically no amenities for the cost. The guest laundry consists of one set of machines for the whole building that looked about 20 years old and were coin operated. There is no detergent or even a place to buy detergent. No place to even get change to use the machines. Overall, just meh for the stay.

It was nice. The windows are very dirty and the exterior is run down some too.

The location was great. The pool or the bar area were open. This was disappointing because this is why we chose this property.

from check in to check out, it was wonderful! i didn’t get the name of the sweet lady who checked me in, but she was super friendly and told me she upgraded me to a corner suite. i was shocked! def a wonderful surprise. loved the view! thank you all again.

The Aloft was exactly what we needed for the night, clean, reasonable price and close to where we were going.

Downtown Tulsa location is an older location. Check in went fine and we checked into our room. Our AC was not cooling. We waited an hour for the maintenance to come room temperature was 78, then was moved to another room. Room still never cooled below 73. The morning front desk lady on Saturday 06/07/2025 was very rude and not helpful at all to me and other guests. I would not recommend this location or stay here again!
