Our stay was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The room need some more facilities like hair dryer and tissues. Overall it’s worth the value of the money.

Bed for two adults very small , room very small, towels are very old and smell not good, bathroom shower no door, shampoo look like a dish soap, it's different than what you see in pictures . Carpet in the whole way is old dirty damaged. I don’t recommend this hotel I learned my lesson pay extra $10 and get something clean and more comfortable.

Hotel was fine, close to the train station but not like a real 3 stars hotel, i would give it 2 stars, still it was ok

Sadly there was no AC for the hotel and I couldn’t open the window for the insects so it wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was lively as a hotel. The pool felt warm for October.

Floors of room were sticky and oily, no air condition in the room, double bed was too small for two people to sleep comfortably

The hotel was just acceptable but less than average. The location was good, but many other things were not. I arrived there around 13:40, which was 20 minutes before check-in time. The receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes until the room is ready. After waiting an hour, I went to the desk to ask again, but he had forgotten about me. Anyway, I completed the check-in and went to my room, but the door was open and the room upside down. I went back to the reception, and they told me to wait again until they fix that room. When they finished the room and went to it, the room had a small bed not the queen bed I requested and paid for. I was annoyed at that time, yet very tired. So, I just accepted that without complaining. The WiFi was terrible. It didn't work most of the times, and it was very slow when it worked. The AC was very weak and barely cooling when it at the maximum.

Honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not as clean as should be. The hotel conditions are bad. Bad smell. The only good thing is the staff were friendly
