The staff where all so friendly, polite and bubbly. I can't remember the young girls name that worked in the garden bar of an evening but she was the nicest person I met through out our stay in the hotel. She is a credit to the hotel and other staff members. We did find the room was very small and extremely hot. There was a fan provided to help but unfortunately it was of no use as it was only circulating hot air, the window is only allowed to be opened a few inches. I did ask to have the window lock opened for the night but of no avail. We only ate dinner once at the hotel and it was lovely. The beef stir-fry is a recommendation, the flavours and beef are perfect and was way above expectations.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, from check in, to breakfast serving, to check out. Each person was happy and smiling during my stay. Room was clean and tidy, with all the usuals you would expect (ironing facilities, hairdryer, toiletries etc). Will stay there again if in the area.

The room was clean & tidy and if we needed any items to be replenished it was no trouble, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, bar area was comfortable and the evening meals were very nice and reasonably priced, the breakfast was ok but not all of the items were always available in the area we were seated, there wasn’t always much to choose from

Good location just outside Cork. Mallow is a lovely looking town

Clean room, no large towels for two days. Avg hotel stay

Breakfast was good. Full irish breakfast each morning with options for continental breakfast foods too if you wanted it. Room was clean and staff were attentive to not intrude if you were in the room and were happy to come back later. The bar was nice and had live music in the evening which was very good. Food and drinks served were good. We ate dinner there and it was very nice with pricing being similar to other restaurants in the area. All staff were lovely and friendly. Happy to help with any request. Parking was covered at the back of the hotel which is a bit of a hill to deal with with luggae but not a big issue. Only real issue was checkin being at 3pm. Having arrived early (8am) I had several hours to kill until I could check in but I understand you cannot have the flexible room service and then expect early checkins. I have stayed here multiple times and would do so again.

Altogether a great place to stay..might be a vintage look but everything great.Overnight road parking free.

Large room and very quiet considering it was in the town centre. Roast of the day had melt in mouth beef and breakfast was also good

Staff were great, parking is a 2 minute walk away but reception will give you a parking permit. right in the centre of town so good place to base your self

Had a room with a particularly noisy extraction unit outside the window, git moved ti another room but it was worse. Music in the bar kept me awake until late. Also the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable
