I love it, but it just needs a restaurant or a gastronomic service

They need to keep up with maintenance and repairs

The staff was super friendly but the hotel dock was completely torn apart and nothing like the photos. They also had me staying in a completely separate building which required me to drive me car just to access the pool. It also took over half an hour to check in between every guard pointing me in a different direction when the check in instructions could've just told me what to do. Again, super friendly staff and the service was good. The room was ok but the location wasn't. Overall, really bad value and wouldn't stay again. Which is sad since this location and hotel has a ton of potential.

Due pandemia, the hotel opens with limited rooms so the whole location is for a few guests

Terrible hotel staff. Room didnt have black out, shower spills all the water in to the walking closet. Taxi to expensive.

They show it as an hotel, but it is an apartment house with a daily cleaning service. The apartments are very good Great Beach Club, good beach accessible,. Breakfast is 3 star not 5 star.

I WANT TO REST IN AN HOTEL IN ACAPULCO, BUTWHEN I ARRIVE THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL. THIS IS AN APARMENT AND THEY DOESNT HAVE AN HOTEL FACILITIES. THE RECEPTION CLOSE A 6 AND THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSE AT 7. IF YOU WANT AN HOTEL, THIS IS NOT THE OPTION. I CALL IN THE NIGHT FOR HELP AND THE ONLY PEOPLE CAN FIND IS THE SECURITY GUARD AND HE DEOSNT HELP ME. THE BATHROMM IS VERY NICE BUT SMELL TERRIBLE. NOT FOR THIS CATEGORY.

Habia lugares limpios y otros sucios, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y mas establecimientos como restaurante ya que el unico que tienen esta lejos, para todo hay que usar el auto, ni OXXO hay sin embargo dentro del hotel lo mantienen limpio con aire y camas buenas, el wifi no sirve. las playas principales estan lejos tienen una playita mas o menos pero retirada del hotel.

Muy bonito lugar y tranquilo para disfrutar del mar

La habitacion es sumamenye pequeña y el baño no tiene mas que unas puertitas tipo cantinas que dan cero privacidad. El club de playa extraordinario al igual que la ubicacion. En realidad sob torres de condominios.

Es un hotel muy caro . Y las habitaciones muy chicas , no cabíamos ni para pasar, en las puertas de baño tronaban mucho, y ruidoso . Las cortinas no servían , al igual que los cajones del mueble donde se encontraba la televisión. Una de las camas estaba muy vencida, muy incomoda, Estamos muy arrepentidos.

Todo es execelente únicamente las habitaciones familiares son muy pequeñas eso las hace algo incomodas.

Es imposible que no informen que no cuentan con restaurante propio y que el horario de alberca está restringida hasta las 6 de la tarde, permiten música durante toda la noche lo que no permite descansar

TIENE MUY BUENAS INSTALACIONES EXTERNAS , PERO AUSENCIA DE PLAYA-ARENA BUENA COMO LA DE CAMINO REAL. LA HABITACIÓN ES RELATIVAMENTE PEQUEÑA Y NO TIENE COLGADORES PARA LA ROPA, EN LA TERRAZA NO PONEN NI SILLAS , NI UN CAMASTRO. PARA SECAR LA ROPA MOJADA CONVIENE QUE SE LLEVEN UN TENDEDERO PORTATIL . LAS PERSIANAS NO DETECTAMOS EL BLACK OUT DURANTE LA ESTANCIA, POR LO QUE ENTRABA LA LUZ COMO SI HUBIERAMOS DORMIDO AFUERA. NO HAY COLGADORES EN EL BAÑO SUFICIENTES PARA INCLUSO PONER LAS TOALLAS UTILIZADAS. TIENEN UN CARRITO DE GOLF QUE TE MUEVE AL CLUB DE PLAYA , QUE HASTA ESO NOS DIO BUEN SERVICIO , PERO SI SON DE LAS PERSONAS QUE QUIEREN SUBIR DEL CLUB DE PLAYA AL HOTEL DESPUES DE LAS 7 Y/U 8 P.M. PREPARENSE PARA CAMINAR APROX. 1 KILOMETRO EN EMPINADA TOTAL. LA COMIDA ESTA BIEN AUNQUE NO ESPEREN UN BUFFET PORQUE NO LO TIENEN , YA QUE LAS PERSONAS QUE ESTAN SON POCAS. LO MEJOR QUE TIENEN ES LA ALBERCA SALADA Y EL MUELLE QUE ESTA MUY BIEN PARA AVENTARSE CLAVADOS. TAMBIÉN ESTA MUY BIEN QUE HAY UNA PERSONA QUE TE PROVEE DE CHALECOS SALVAVIDAS , KAYAKS , VISORES, SNORKEL SIN COSTO ALGUNO, ADEMAS DE SER MUY AMABLE. ESPERO LES SEA UTIL MI RESEÑA. SALUDOS
