Excellent in all ways. It’s in a great location, it’s quiet, the food is excellent. I can’t recommend highly enough.

We had an excellent stay Riad Charme d'Orient. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Riad Charme d'Orient is a hidden gem that I hope you get to experience. Location was very centralized to restaurants and the Medina. All staff members were attentive and thoughtful. The decor and cleanliness was topnotch. We highly recommend and can easily see firsthand why Riad Charme d'Orient has high ratings.

Beautiful location, attention to detail in everything they do. Staff are very welcoming and willing to do anything to make your stay memorable. Lovely rooftop area with a hottub. Towels and bedding are top notch. Great made to order breakfast. When you stay here it is "an experience".

The property is located in the historical center of Medina..It's walking distance to restaurants, shopping & a cab ride away to nightlife...The staff where very welcoming & helpful on setting up my tours, transportation, whatever I needed.. The place was clean & well kept...would definitely stay there again.

This Riad was amazing. The communication was top notch right from the beginning. They meet you where the taxi stop is and bring you to the Riad. Don’t be fooled with the area and entrance as the Riad is beautiful inside. Rooms were a good size and all the amenities and a wonderful shower. Very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. Can’t recommend the Riad enough and will definitely be back and will tell all our friends.

This was my first time in Marrakech wirh my wife. This rriad is absolutely beautiful, impeccable. The staff and our host Lawrence are incredible. Breakfast is excellent. We alao booed a hamman and deep tissue massage offered in the ruad, this was excellent and done by professionals. This riad is the place to stay in Marrakech.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well, looked after and made to feel truly welcome. The riad is beautiful, clean, and cosy, and the staff are always there to help and guide you. The room is very cosy and filled with authentic Moroccan ornaments and interior design. Each morning, the staff prepared a fresh breakfast and even took the time to sit with us, showing us a map and pointing out the best parts of Marrakech. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The location of the riad is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Medina square and all the souks. I felt completely safe walking back to the riad, even late at night. I can’t recommend this place enough, you’ll have a fantastic trip if you stay here. Laurence and her amazing team will take great care of you.

Amazing 4 night stay at Riad Charme Orient. Laurence and everyone were so welcoming and helpful. Our taxi collection was there to meet us even though our flight was a little late and then Said met us at the end of the road to walk through to the riad. A warm welcome and lots of helpful information, things to be aware of, places we could go to visit. Our room was amazing, small but beautiful with a lovely seating area outside. Breakfasts were delicious and lots of it. We didn't use the hammam but it smelt amazing whenever we passed. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The whole team treated us like family.

Thank you to Laurence and her team (Said, Soufiane, Asnah, and Fatima) for a fantastic stay in Marrakech. This riad was beautiful; the interior decor, rooms, and terrace look amazing. The riad is only a 15-minute walk to the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa), and there are loads of little side alleys and streets on the doorstep to explore. Laurence is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and had plenty of recommendations of places to see, things to do, and restaurants to visit. A couple of roof-top bars were a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast every morning was a great spread of local foods, fruits, honey, and yogurt, and the kitchen was more than happy to organise or toast gluten free breads for my missus. The staff were always checking that we were ok, offering us tea, coffee, or even hot chocolate. We were only in Marrakech for 4 nights, but after our stay at the riad, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family when we left. We would highly recommend this riad, and Laurence and her team, to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay to explore Marrakech.
