The hotel is very old, when we got there the pool was in maintenance, rooms are small, no coffee maker in the room,they want to sell you a cup of coffee, no iron in the room they want to sell you iron services, people in front desk were rude, the lady in the breakfast room was nice and attentive, breakfast was good. I won’t recommend this hotel

The room was good, and staff was also very helpful. Nice view on the top, and the pool is a decent size. My main complains are: very noise AC, the room card would constantly demagnetize, and the breakfast food miss descriptions.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants and a nice mall nearby. The staff is very friendly. The room has good space, but the plumbing has issues. The drains are partially clogged and the toilet flush doesn't work well. I used 3 rooms and all of them have similar drain issues. One of them had serious flushing issues and we moved to a different one. Internet speed was horrible initially, but I complained and they got me access to better internet to allow me to work form the hotel. It's probably time to replace mattresses also. Get some that are more comfortable. Overall I recommend the hotel because of its location. If you have drainage issues, ask for another room.

Hotel muito bom, equipe de funcionários eficiente, prestativos e rápidos para resolver algo. Limpeza tudo ok. Vista do hotel e principalmente da piscina muito bacana. Design moderno do hotel. Café da muito bom. Sobre o quarto só achei o banheiro apertado, mas box é grande. O hotel precisa de algumas manutenções básicas, mas nada que impeça uma boa estadia. Volto com certeza.

A localização do hotel é excelente; no Bairro de Lourdes, em BH. Fica a 1,5 Km do Mercado Central de BH, e a 5 min do Shopping Diamond. Na rua, atrás do hotel, há vários bares e restaurantes, com cardápios variados (opções de programas noturnos): distância de aproximadamente 200 metros. A região no entorno do hotel parece muito segura. O bairo de Lourdes é contíguo ao bairro Savassi, também muito bom. Quanto ao hotel, recomendo, pelas acomodações, café da manhã, e atendimento dos profissionais. Na cobertura tem uma piscina, e de lá se tem uma vista muito boa da cidade. Por último, importa destacar que do hotel, até ao aeroporto de Confins, são 43KM. O uber ou táxi, custa, em média, 150 reais.
