Everything was great

Great room. Excellent care by the staff; very attentive and helpful. Lindo made the check in process seamless and efficient.

I would never stay at this hotel without being on the top floor. I have never stayed in a hotel where could hear everything above me and next to me.

The desk guy chinesse is so nice and so sweet...I blessed him in the name of Jesús thank you for been so nice with us coming From tampa florida to a perry fairground car show event . Thank you ....

Convenient location; right off hwy75. Nice facility!

Its easy find and right off of Rt 75. Hotel is in great shape and the rooms are clean. I would stay here again.

The breakfast staff we great- checking in- the staff was not very friendly- barely received a hello- I booked a room for 4 and they could see 4 of us checking in and when we got to our room it was just a king- mind you we were checking in at 11pm and just wanted to get to bed. Had to go back down and ask for either a new room or additional bed- should have been offered based on the room requested and number of people staying in the room at check in.

Loved everything

The only issue we had was we were double billed. Hotels.com charged us and the hotel charged us too. The odd thing was that Hotels.com was $25 more than if we had booked through the hotel itself. The hotel took care of the double billing when I called this morning and charged us the lower rate. So my caution is not to just assume Hotels.com is the less expensive option. It is good for aggregating the hotels in an area and providing a list. But buyer beware of pricing. The hotel experience was great except for the pancake machine not working. But the biscuits and gravy made up for it. The room was very nice although there was not a coffee machine.

We actually booked the wrong hotel. We have been coming down the last 3 years for kids state wrestling. It was a good mistake. We will come back here next year

We will always stay at this particular Holiday in. Express. Have been staying for years and never once had a problem.
