Check in was fast. Clean room.

My husband and I stayed for one night in a king bed, upper floor, city view. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place felt secure. However, when we called down to the front desk, for an extra toothbrush, it was quite overpriced for what we were given. Most places we’ve been to provide those types of things as complimentary. The bed was comfortable, it was pretty clean (no funky smells), and quiet. It would have been helpful to have an additional fridge or more room in the drink fridge for personal items. Some of the rain shower nozzles were clogged and we had to clean it ourselves. Other than that the room and experience were great.

Clean room and area. Very limited parking. Noise transfers quite easily. Location good.

The pillows are awful! Evening else was really good. The Cibo restaurant just behind the hotel is excellent!

Excellent hotel. Some small choices for breakfast would be a nice touch .

Lack of parking.

The hotel is on the river and has a nice view. There is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel so you must leave the hotel to get food. The hotel was fairly nice but there were not any shops nearby. There is a nice walking path as well.

Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location

No parking - you’re on your own to find parking. No street parking in winter. Had to pay at a lot a ways away.

Friendly staff, nice room but I would never stay there again. The lack of bathroom privacy is so weird.

Disappointed that I had to make my way back into the hotel after check out as mistakenly been given a ticket by the company that monitors parking. Staff looked after it immediately. Hotel stay was great.
