Thank you to let me stay again in this cold April night. On arrival I requested additional heating, I have a medical condition. Member of staff reassured me “your room is especially hot one, heating switches on @ 2100” therefore my request denied, Yes the heating was on for about an hour only a lukewarm radiator in a reasonable big room. Night and morning gone cold. Kind regards Customer

Great place.Everything is straightforward and they are friendly too.

Lady on arrival was very pleasant and helpful, room fine for price and clean. Wish we'd had advance notice of the party in there until midnight but for £54 the place was decent and did the job for an overnight stay.

Parking is terrible. Room size was adequate but absolutely no facilities such as kettle or working tv. WiFi was reliable and the bed was comfortable. Central location but not particularly a nice area and if you haveva car its not good

This place is very nice to stay. I enjoyed staying here.

Close to City centre and University of Leicester. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and shared bathroom were clean but basic. Value for money and would book again.

Easy property to find.

Room had a bad smell. I owns a different businessess. I also own a hotel and restaurants in Derby and wanted to stay near to Saxby street due to business and atlast moment I had to book a hotel just to sleep. Will not come back. Thanks
