Overall Ratings & Reviews Residence Inn Long Island Islip/Courthouse Complex

This ended up being a great location for us as we were there for baseball, LI Ducks & SI Ferry Hawks. The major inconvenience was the WiFi was down the whole time we were there. We were told multiple times it was being fixed and never was. We had to leave the property in order to work remotely. Kind of a bummer when we only had to walk across the parking lot to the baseball field. (Reason for 3 stars)

Very friendly staff. Very nice property lots of amenities. Only thing I wish is that there was a hot tub. But everything is amazing especially the suite

Staff was super kind and friendly. The pool area was great for the kids. The free breakfast was great with gluten free options. We also needed the laundry. The one bedroom setup was great and we loved that we could bring our dogs. Great stay!

Nice property, nice room. Pull out bed could be more comfortable, but most aren't. Continental breakfast, just okay, but it ends at 9am and on Sunday at 9:30. If you're away from home on vacation the last thing you want is to have to wake up and get out early just to get some eggs and coffee.

It is a large property with no security cameras in any hallways. One evening there was a large disturbance wth large amounts of kids roaming inside and outside the property for over an hour. Breakfast was boring and tasteless for 4 mornings.

We really ejoy this property. The staff all seam to have great attitudes.

There was not enough parking as the parking lot was small and shared with the Marriott Courtyard

The lobby and elevator were nice and clean.

I seen roaches by the refrigerator that was my only problem.

We got here after a long day at my mom’s funeral. The room was upside down. All doors open couch w no cushions refrigerator not working. I had left overs I needed to store. We were exhausted and needed a room. They should have offered a discount. We were too tired to move. Very disappointed.

Beautiful clean hotel , very convenient especially if you are here for a soccer game the complex is right across the street :)

The property and room was nic. The breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was that they told me coffee was available all night and the night manager refused to make some for us.
