A tray stayed on de hall all night and all day And every day I had to asked a few time to clean my room

This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors

The room condition was average, not brand new though not too old, but the room was spacious with a bedroom and a separate living area with a full kitchen. The wifi worked fine and the breakfast was delivered to our room due to COVID19. Only one of three elevators was working at the time so this made getting up to the room a little time consuming when multiple guests needed to use it.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating

This hotel is really nice. In particular, the staff are really helpful and know lots about the local area. Food here is good - plenty of it and always a veggie option. The double rooms are really nice, all with kitchens and very plush. The single rooms are not so nice - a bit outdated but perfectly functional.

Goinania isn't really a tourist area but this hotel was close to what I needed to do. It was close to some things to do. I was there for visiting and was close for that. The morning breakfast is very good and I ate one dinner in the restaurant that was good also. The room was comfortable and very large. No carpets on the floor in the room which I prefer because then you KNOW the floors are clean!! I had a two-room suite with a sitting room that had a couch, table and chairs, etc so it would have been perfect for a traveler who needed to meet someone for business purposes and there was a door that could be closed to cordon off the bedroom area.

What a great and comfortable room! There is a separate lounge and kitchen. We didn't need to cook anything though. The lounge area had comfortable sofas and chairs. The room was clean. The shower was great! Very strong! The wifi was really bad! The restaurant downstairs is a bit misleading. The food you receive is not actually what is described on the menu. Quality is not dreadful but it is not fair to get ingredients you were not expecting on your food.

My room was located at the back of the building where I had a horrible view of the parking lot and the construction site next door... However the worst thing was that this room is located in a total dead-spot for Cellular phone signals and the Wi-Fi signal was equally bad.. My request to change to another room was not well received and they only offered me another room one floor higher but still in the back of the hotel building. I had to go out to the street every time I needed to use my cell phone. This hotel is crying for renovation, Front desk staff was friendly but not willing to take my complaints about Internet access serious.

O quarto precisando de reforma, colchao muito duro, qualidade dos travesseiros pessimos e. Om mal cheiro, coberta mais fina que um lencol. O banheiro com mal cheiro, e sem recarga de sabonete liquido. E o pior foi uma uma em frente ao hotel , que em pleno sabado comecando as obras 7:00 hrs da manha. Cafe da manha bem basico

Achei ótimo o hotel e as acomodações. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã, os pães não estavam frescos, mas o restante foi excelente, inclusive o atendimento.

Hotel com estrutura maravilhosa, quarto ótimo, camas e roupas de cama limpas, chuveiro com ótima pressão, café da manhã maravilhoso, somente a internet muito ruim!
