It was a very nice place to stay. The grounds were beautiful and had a beautiful view of the channel.

Margaret was an amazing hostess and the property was clean and very well kept. We arrived late, but she was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast (included) was excellent.

Very nice room. Friendly host and great breakfast. Bear in mind that if you plan to walk into the town the road has no pavement to walk on and it's a classic Irish L road with two directional traffic on a narrow road. They do provide high vis jackets for safety but rather than walk in we ended up driving. There really isn't much in Baltimore either but the surrounding area is spectacular especially Mizen Head.

This is an excellent property. Beautiful location looking out over the channel. Very well maintained both inside and outside. The room we occupied was immaculate.

We loved our stay here, and would highly recommend a visit! Margaret was very helpful and so kind, and she makes a delicious breakfast in the morning that makes you feel right at home. The view is spectacular, we could have looked out our window for hours watching the sunset.

Amazing trip! Amazing stay at the Channel View BnB, Service was 11 out of 10, room was like you stepped into a hotel extremely clean & comfortable with tasty homemade breakfast. Short walk to restaurants and pubs, great trip all round Will be coming back!

Great B&B. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Wonderful view from the house. Baltimore down is 1.2km walk from the house so it’s easy to get too on foot. I would recommend staying here.
