Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept, especially considering the winter weather and how many guests were coming in with dirty shoes from outside. The staff seemed to do a good job maintaining the common areas and rooms despite the conditions. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day, and the location was very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores. The main downside was the bathroom setup. It was extremely small and somewhat uncomfortable to use, with the vanity located outside the bathroom area. In addition, the bathtub was very slippery, which honestly felt unsafe at times and made showering a little stressful. Even with those issues, the hotel was decent overall because of the cleanliness, comfort of the bed, and convenient location.

Hot tub area wasn’t fancy but it was a nice option for a soak. Rooms were good, as shown. Bed was comfortable. No complaints. Would stay again.

Parking difficult

The hotel was in a convenient location with respect to commuting to Ottawa. However, the beds/pillows were not comfortable. We are on the first floor and the you can hear all the movement on the floor above. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the outdoor and indoor hallway sounds clearly. The sink did not drain properly and the bathroom was quite tight. The mini fridge was also extremely loud. We did not get a restful sleep and one of us had to participate in the 1/2 marathon the next day.

Nous avons changé de chambres trois fois. Télévisions défectueuses et le personnel le savait. Lumières ne fonctionnaient pas et le séchoir était manquant. À 200$ la chambre 4 étoiles, on s’attendait à beaucoup mieux. Besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation.

Le fait que nous pouvions enmener nos vélos dans nos chambres était un gros plus. Il aurait été souhaitable que l'on puisse déjeuner sur place, surtout que le restaurant que nous a conseillé la réceptionniste était vieillot et malpropre.

Bel hébergement, bien situé. Restaurants à proximité malgré leur Bistro fermé le dimanche. Attention! La plupart des restaurants autour ferment à 20h00. Il y avait six bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques, bien utilisés! Le spa est agréable surtout le matin si vous désirez plus de tranquillité. Pistes cyclables sur la rue accédant le bord de la rivière Gatineau. Magnifique!

Pas de déjeuner inclus, check in a 16h00 mais la chambre a été prêt seulement a 16h45. Restaurant fermé le dimanche soir. Coté spa c’etait bien Cher la chambre pour si peu de temps et de commodité
