Rooms where tastefully done. Very cozy...I was in Europe for 3 weeks running around seeing friends. I needed a place to simply rest..glad I picked this place it was perfect!

We were warmly welcomed and assigned to our room. The room is quirky in design and small but adequate for our one night stay. Super wifi coverage. The morning breakfast ordered on arrival is great and so continental. We got a warm goodbye on our check out. Plenty of free parking. The only downside would be the high traffic noise from the main road.

The hotel was very accommodating, even with last minute updates on our arrival timing. The rooms were quirky but cozy, and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly people. There are hot plates, fridge and a microwave. The grocery store is just around the corner.

Welcome terrific and owner managed to move us to a room to better meet needs. Owner very helpful and cheerful. Room had balcony with great kitchen setup and eating area. Tried to extent stay but fully booked.Great location to use as base to visit multiple locations. Pillows could be better?

These rooms are on the side of a very busy main road and although the bedrooms are adequate with a kitchenette they are small. The establishment reminds me more of a smart lodging house than a hotel. There are no normal hotel facilities, sitting room etc. If you do decide to stay here insist on a room at the back. Breakfast is served across the busy main road and I wouldn't bother again everything is allocated to you, one cup of coffee, one orange juice etc! Overall not this place is in an awful location....

booked a triple room and got it!! Three beds and not just a stretcher for the third bed. Was quiet. Only disadvantage was having to climb the stairs with the luggage

We were driving from Antwerpen to Brussels and found this on Hotel.com. Loved the place. Great owner, staff, room, etc.. They normally close at 10, but because we booked so late, the owner stayed until we arrived which was about 10:30 pm. She even help take our luggage to our room!! Only drawback is it's about 25 minutes outside of downtown Brussels so if you're driving and don't care about being close, there's no way you can go wrong here!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a course at the university in Louvain-la-Neuve. It was well located on a main route and close to the motorway and Louvain-la-Neuve. It was quiet, very clean and the member of staff was great. The only drawback was the breakfast vouchers which you use at a place across the road. There are 3 price levels of breakfast and initially we bought one (cheapest) for the first morning. On this occasion we were offered an option of croissants or eggs - the croissant option was very small and over-priced whilst the egg option was big and good value. We bought two more planning to get the egg only to find the next two mornings this was the highest price option. This was further compounded by finding we could have bought the breakfasts in cash without the vouchers for cheaper. So perhaps a bit of clarification on prices, for the staff as well as customers, would be helpful.

Lovely welcome from Claudine, the host. The room was warm, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I had a comfortable sleep and all other amenities including the mini kitchen area and the shower were first class.

J'ai trouvé l'hospitalité exvellente. L'hébergement est actuellement en renovation, et je pense que, une fois les travaux terminés, ce sera beaucoup plus agréable au niveau du bruit.
