We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel.

Clean, quiet, spacious, friendly and great location in the town centre. Excellent value for money too.

Staff was outstanding. Room was depressing and we checked out a day early. Felt drak, cramped, and institutional. But the sheets were good.

Hard bed but other than that no complaints. I Hhad to take out garbage and wash dishes otherwise face a 30 Euro fine.

This is an excellent modern apartment hotel very well located in Clermont-Ferrand near the center (Place de Jaude). The front desk was warm and efficient. Breakfast was decent (please supply more veggies and fruit!) with excellent coffee. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room - great views. Very good price for what we got.

The only downside of the property is if you are staying more than 1 night, you have to move your car every day

There was nowhere to park to enter the hotel so that you could unpack and get parking instructions.

Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend.

Property was well placed with secure parking. Apartment was comfortable.

Nice and well located appartment. Property was clean and in good condition. Personnel was helpful and friendly. You can easily walk and enjoy city center.

Last minute booking turned up to be great. Clean, comfortable, all the necessary commodities, friendly reception. Parking was great, spacious, clean, luminous, great too.

Bastien on reception was incredibly helpful - a real credit to the hotel.

Not easy find the hotel entrance

We were staying overnight, breaking up a long journey. Very pleased with the standard of the rooms and facilities. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a good central location and underground parking was convenient.

Very nice and modern room, although a little dark. Large bathroom. Great, friendly service and great location. However, there is neither a/c nor a mechanical fan and I was there during the heat wave. The room overlooked an interior courtyard so even opening the window did not help much. The bed had these weird wooden rails that made it awkward getting in and out of bed.
