I have stayed at this property on several occasions. I appreciate that they maintain a pet-friendly policy without additional fees and provide a complimentary continental breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property is generally well-maintained. The front desk staff are professional, and the check-in process is efficient.

We were staying here for the second time…on the return trip of our holiday. We love their ‘pets stay free’ policy! We were checking in with our small dog and were asked if we wanted close access to the exit…this is usually appreciated for outside trips to ‘potty’ the dog. However we were a couple of doors down from the hallway exit door that slammed shut…there was no way to soft close it…we tried. Every time it slammed we’d have to settle the dog again. Thankfully it didn’t go on all night. Our room was clean as were the common areas.

We booked here because there was no additional charge for our dog. We had booked a single queen room but were quite happy to discover our room had two queen beds…thanks for the upgrade! Our room was clean and quiet with easy access to the lobby to take our dog outside. Breakfast was good. We booked a second stay here on our return trip.

Never going there again.

Convent location, quick off and on the highway. Tons of parking for bigger vehicles out back.

The property was clean and staff polite. However once arriving in the room…the pillows felt like they were filled with marbles, the bed was like sleeping on a board, cooling/heating system was noisy all night. There was a group “partying” in the hall and nothing was done. Come morning there was no room to have breakfast as a group of workers who were staying filled the space and made it impossible to even reach the food or coffee. This area is right across from the check-in counter so staff are able to see that no one was able to get in for the complimentary breakfast.

The property and staff were excellent. The problem was that this hotel was booked through Expedia and upon arrival the credit card was declined bc Expedia or their booking agent gave the wrong credit card when they reserved the room. I had to pay for the room again. So now I have two charges for this room and Expedia says I am not entitled to a refund although I had paid for insurance for cancellation emergencies etc. I believe they are responsible for the error that was made and it shouldn’t be at my expense. They say they were unable to reach hotel for confirmation but staff say no call came through!! Please be hesitant to use Expedia for booking process bc the hotel is clean breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful!
