Lovely apartment. Super central location and easy to get around. The heating did not work but they did give me a portable heater and it was fine. The staff was polite and helpful (not always a given in Italy tbh)

We got an studio flat very comfortable with all the facilities, we also have the washing machine so we managed to wash some clothes, we bought some groceries and made our own breakfast and dinner. The lift is only for residents but we were on the second floor.

Convenient location close to centre. Large rooms. Basic decor but clean and functional

Enjoyed being in the centre of the old city, everything within walking distance. Appartment was well furnished with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. Most welcome was the washing machine and drying rack, after travelling for a week we had lots to wash!

Excellent location. Spacious apartment with a full size refrigerator and washing machine. Was a quiet and safe area. Refrigerator kept drinks super cold which was great as weather was extremely hot. Air Conditioners in kitchen and bedroom were a little noisy. Overall a very good stay and would recommend.

Need some renovation - clean but humble- it feels like a shared accommodation

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Grocery store and lots of restaurants within just a few minutes walking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting from them!

It was great to be back in Via Marsala! The washing machine was a nice touch but it was tough drying clothes in a timely fashion.

This was a very nice, clean apartment. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but a special thanks to the maid who helped my husband and daughter carry our things up to the apartment. We only stayed in Bologna a short time but had a great stay!

Residenza Ariosto is an excellent place to stay in Bologna. The apartment is not luxurious but is clean ,comfortable and has everything you need. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend.

The property was in a great location and we loved having the kitchen. The kitchen utensils need updating and the bed was very firm however it not stop us from sleeping very well! Overall it was very clean and comfortable and we walked everywhere.

The central location was great, we could walk everywhere we needed with ease. The apartment was big, clean, had everything provided that we needed. The office we very friendly and helpful, and even had the apartment ready early. Late checkout was very easy to arrange as well. Thank you and we’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Bologna.
