Fabulous! My experience was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. I highly recommended this hotel.

I arrived at the correct time. The place was not open and no one was there. I tried to call them several times but no one answered. I left and drove back to Trapani (30+ minutes away) and got a hotel there. Later I was able to get through to the property. She didn't speak English so we spoke in my rough Italian. She said I should request a refund through Hotels.com and that she would speak to her associate about the refund. Hotels.com said they would get back to me within 24-72 hours. Its been a week now with zero communication from Hotels.com. I spoke to Hotels.com again today and had to repeat everything and in the end got the same answer - they'd get back to me in 24 hours...

This was the nicest hotel stay I’ve had in recent memory. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in Erice. Every interaction with the staff was outstanding. This hard working crew made our stay memorable in all the best ways. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and great pressure in the shower, breakfast every morning was tasty and filling. Parking is in a safe lot nearby. The hotel staff will meet you and handle transfers. The old town is a traffic free zone. For the price, this is the best value you will find. The family restaurant is a short walk and we’ll worth the visit.

Parking is away from hotel. No elevator.

Small and quaint. The entire area is hard to get to. Parked and the hotel staff put our luggage in their car and brought up to us. It is an old building that could use a bit of love. The staff are kind and try really hard. Important to note there are no elevators.

Oustanding service and location with amazing views. The staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. They even upgraded our room. Great breakfast, including one of the best capucinos we ever had. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very smelly as this hotel was not used for several month. the bad covers were damp and the bad were worn.

Hostess was very nice...helpful and picked us up and made accomodation for comfortable stay. The town was very quiet in january snd we felt fortunate to hsve stayed with such a pleaent person in this family operated hotel. We reccomend it...dont try to drive directly to the hotel...call them and they will arrange arrival...the streets are not passible in many places.

Though it was a rough drive up the mountain and the streets were just large enough for an ant to walk through, I have to say that the helpless of the manager was amazing. She was kind and generous to help me to locate the hotel and park the car. The kindness she gave was greatly appreciated it, which made the trip even more special when I was finally able to walk through the castles and enjoy the local cuisine. Grazie!

Amazing stay the owner was fantastic and the town its self was beatuful

With parking at a premium in this windy hill top town, the directions and signs were great. We parked and walked to the B&B , located next to a small restaurant. The owner`s daughter re parked our vehicle in a secure area and using her own car brought our luggage and us back to this well priced simple small character hotel. There is no elevator, but staff took our large suitcase up to our rooms. The daughter was very knowledgeable about the town , it`s history and architecture, advising us on places to visit . A simple adequate continental breakfast. English was spoken, and on leaving the next day were sent on our way with a small tray of home made almond pastries and treats.

We drove to Erice. We didn't know where to park or where the B&B was located. We carefully maneuvered through the narrow medieval lanes and then, with help, found the B&B and parked. The room did not have air conditioning but was comfortable.

This is a great little hotel in a lovely part of Erice. Erice itself is crazy to drive in, so I would recommend parking somewhere immediately, and walking to the hotel first. The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great (if you like sugary breakfasts, that is!) Our only problem was that it was a bit too warm, since there's no A/C, but we managed just fine.

The people at Hotel Edelweiss were wonderful. It is not the easiest place to get to and by following Google maps, we ended up driving down streets that we should not have been on. But the staff helped us to drive in and even parked our car for us. They were so helpful and friendly. Although very simple and unpretentious, this is a perfect place from which to explore the magical town of Erice!

Very charming hotel in a romantic town. Got there by driving, Parking is somewhat tight but that is true for everywhere in Erice Staff was very courteous and almost treat us like family. You really feel very welcome in the place

Had three rooms two of which were standard. One had been updated the other needed upgrading but was fine. The third room was a deluxe room that needed refurbishing but was also fine especially considering the price. It had a living room and a nice patio with a partial view of the valley below. The staff were very accommodating.

Warm welcome, very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Erice is a unique location high above the clouds, with the most spectacular views. it's very easy to spend a day just looking round Erice.
