It is a beautiful historic building with a nice and friendly staff.

Good enough but the bathroom is extremely small

The hotel is a bit old and needs revamping, but that makes it attractive and cozy.

Old world charm. Classic hotel in great downtown position by the river. The place needs some attention but a confortable and friendly stay. Breakfast was simple but effective. Free parking at rear.

Wonderful old fashioned hotel beside the river. This was a last minute booking. Check-in was easy. Rooms good. My husband found the bed too soft but it was okay for me. Free car park, big enough for our car towing a Drascombe longboat.

Everything was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and always ready and plentiful.

Had a good couple of nights here. Room was very compact but clean and today. I slept during the day as I was night shift and the hotel was very quiet. Asked for a late checkout as I was switching hotels and the hotel could not accommodate, which I found slightly disappointing. Harry’s bar down stairs food was ok but there was lots of places near by. Don’t forget to get a car park pass from reception as the car par is monitored and you will get a fine.

This was a nice hotel experience. The building is full of history and character, but feels a little tired, which is probably part of it's charm. The staff were excellent and keen to provide a professional service. I will stay in this hotel again for sure.

Nice stop between Stockholm and Oslo. Quaint small town, hotel is in the center with free parking. Comfy bed, quiet room, adequate breakfast and friendly staff.

Great value - People very nice and look after very well but very little to do otherwise

The room was in poor condition. In great need for renovation, bathroom smelled bad and the bathroom was in bad condition overall (in the shower there was two wholes in the wall...).

The bed was comfortable but that is all. The bathroom was terrible. It has not been updated at all. Broken toilet seat, no soap or shampoo amenities and the bath soap dispenser was empty. bedroom curtains did not fully cover Windows needing me to climb on a chair to use the blinds. I left my iPad behind. The staff did not call me when they found it. Instead I called the next day to ask if it was there and then had to drive a 7 hour round trip pick it up!! This could have been avoided. They admitted they had both my email and phone number so it could have been avoided or minimized.

Rent rum och vänlig personal. Dock skulle en liten uppfräschning vara på sin plats- flagnande färg i taket, hylla vid sängen saknades (bara hål kvar i väggen) och badrummet skulle behöva en renovering. God och fin frukost.

Trevlig personal, mysigt litet rum, men ingen lyx. Frukostsalen var lite mörk och dunkel, men maten smakade desto bättre. Färskt varmt bröd, god ost, riktig prinskorv (ej kycklingkorv som många hotell börjat med), god äggröra. Fanns allt som jag önskade. Finns mycket billig parkering på torget, på andra sidan ån (1 min bort). Gratis på natten och söndagar

Bra frukost, precis vad man kan önska sig. Centralt läge, betalade för parkering men det kändes lite onödigt (125 kr). För det fanns mycket lediga gatuparkeringar.
