Staff was great and beds were very comfortable. Close too transport and restaurants.

I like how welcoming the staff was and the house keeper she did a wonderful job the kitchen staff did good as well but front desk staff saw how weak my Spanish was and they assisted . ¡Muchas Gracias!

I had an incredible stay at novotel in Panama! The breakfast was absolutely amazing — a wide variety of delicious options that made every morning special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama — it truly made our trip 😀.

The hotel was wonderful,the food was delicious,the staff was friendly,helpful,and always had a smile when greeting us.

The staff was very helpful and polite. I was honestly say excellent service. The toilet wouldn't flush so we had to call a plumber. The carpet in the hallways need to be cleaned. The room was ok but could have been cleaned better. After hours into the night the bathroom would smell. The ac is cold in the day but hot at night. Breakfast was ok. The beds are worn and need to be replaced.

Convenient location. Free parking. Close to Metro station.

Most of the staff appeared warm. The breakfast options was not bad. I requested an eggless omlette but the chef still used the spatula from the other orders with egg to prepare my eggless order. The e-sim plan I had did not work while in Panama for some reason & to my luck, the hotel WiFi was not available. I was told the WiFi is being worked on for the duration of my stay. There was two front desk ladies who were extremely helpful in trying to improve my stay & they shared their personal Wi-Fi to help with requesting transportation & flight check-ins. The room was dirty & appeared to have not been dusted in ages. The bathroom had areas of what appeared to be mold. Videos were taken & shared with front desk staff

Family stay. We had a wonderful experience with friendly employees. Will come back again when in Panama

The bathroom was not clean. It had what appeared to be molds, or maybe dirt. My first time was good in 2023, but for 2025 the experience was different.

Good staff, foos service at breakfast, safe location and the bed was very comfortable
