This room looked clean at start but retuned late to go to sleep and could not due roaches crawling on the bed and mattress, I went to shower and roaches crawled on the towels and bath mat could not shower I took about 10 photos and videos and was provided no refund or alternate room. I was 1st told I would get a full refund and that never happened they infact refused to compensate me in any way for this disgusting stay which I could not sleep or shower the staff don’t care to resolve

The room was very quiet and clean, with a mini fridge that was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. One thing to plan ahead for: there are only 2 parking spots available (for a fee), so make sure to book your spot as soon as you book your room. The bathroom was nice too, but the sink was quite small — there's a shelf above it for your toothbrush and other items, but the sink itself is so tight that it's hard to wash your face without water splashing onto the floor. The location isn't the best, but for the price, the hotel offers great value.

Very clean and decent

The room was so small. As a muscular person with broad shoulders, I had a difficult time maneuvering inside the small bathroom. The sink area was so small I could not fit in the space. The place is located in a homeless area and it felt scary at times walking to and from and even during the night. There is not elevator in the building so front end staff had to help me carry my big luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. The mini AC unit in the room made so much noise during the night I found it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

Staff wasn’t very helpful when I brought to his attention that the bathroom was falling apart, molded wood, shower dangling, floor board detached, screws exposed… incomplete shower tiling and that’s just the bathroom…

Unfortunately the only positive was the check in staff was very friendly and assuring the area was safe and the bed was comfortable. We were grateful when we arrived as the walk there was very uncomfortable (drugs/homeless). The hotel and room is very old and run down, very minimal. Spend the extra couple hundred to be closer to the main DT attractions.

We took the suite which was a basement room below the level of the road. This did mean that the traffic noise was minimal. The beds were comfortable. There was a kitchen included which was not well maintained. No cups, no spoons, just a kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer and a stove. The bathroom was miniscule. No attention to maintenance (toilet seat not fixed, plug in basin not working). This hotel really is on one of the worst streets in the city - not a nice place to be or to wander round. For what we paid it was a let down. Would definitely not stay again.

Nicest people ever! Very patient and friendly staff! They took a last second reservation from my and my friend unlike other hotels! The air conditioning was perfect rooms are not really big but they are clean and comfy!

This property is totally Mia represented. Theee is no parking as advertised, it is in a very questionable area for a senior alone - I am looking for a refund I did not check in

All the basics you need. Bathroom could use some work. Sink is a little small. Convenient location with good pricing.

The Dundas streetcar stops right at the Hotel. Clean, basic accommodation. Front desk staff were friendly and intended to be helpful. Towels were changed out each day. The nights were unusually chilly for mid-May and I couldn't get the AC/heating unit to blow warm air; front desk provided a second duvet but room was cold in the morning. The selection of cable TV channels (Bell) is unusual and of little value -- CBC local channels from across Canada but no CBS, NBC, ABC or CNN. Traffic noise from Dundas (sirens) went on past midnight, but fortunately I was NOT woken up in the middle of the night.

The staff was so nice she helped us a lots when i checked in and helped me to fix everything well. Nice staffs 👍

Beware. Bugs come out later in the day. Non refundable, refused to come see the insect filled room

Despite several efforts to have room refunded due to an emergency, they wouldn't budge. I will never stay here.

Had to find street parking.

Staff was very helpful upon arrival and showed us to our rooms. The place was clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the bathroom was way too small and water got everywhere on the floor from the sink for being so small. Otherwise, my stay was quite pleasant for 1 night.

little hotel simple clean and friendly staff area might be at times questionable but like any area all together it was very clean and simple please to stay .
