Lovely room, nice food in the restaurant and kettles with tea and coffee in reception that you could take to your room were a big bonus, only stayed 1 night but would happily stay for longer

Family room not the best but breakfast was really good

If you're looking for a place to stay for a night or two, this option is acceptable. The room only provides towels; if you want a kettle, tea, coffee, or an iron, you will need to collect those items from the lobby. Additionally, the lights in the bathroom kept flickering, and on the last day, there was a strong, unpleasant odour coming from the drain. Good location for the Efteling theme park.

The hotel is in a serious need of a refresh. The rooms felt stale and unclean. The area around the toilet was heavily stained. Mould on the shower curtain. Was grateful it was just a stopover for us and we got up and out early as it wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was rudimentary.

It is a nice horel. Needs a bit of updating. A hair dryer in the rooms would be good idea. The bar was great. Nice and friendly staff.

This was an overnight stay before our trip to Efteling, which is then only a short drive away. For our needs the hotel was good The room was a decent size for a family. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower. The decor was a little tired but not an issue for one night. We didn’t see a safe in our room and that would be an issue for longer stays. Staff were all friendly. Restaurant felt modern and clean, but breakfast options were limited. Again not an issue for a one night stay. I would stay here again as a stopover.

Amazing and clearness

A lovely property with friendly personnel. This hotel is not a shiny large 5-star property and does not pretend to be one. Really friendly personnel with clean rooms, decent showers and clean bathrooms, with a great restaurant. The management have clearly made sure the right people with the right attitude are looking after guests.

Nice staff and ideal for a stay if visiting Efteling. Nothing else around the hotel and basic rooms which need updating. Would stay again if I was desperate when visiting Efteling.

Huge room, really comfortable beds, enormous bathroom, all spotlessly clean

Hotel and staff lovely,but no fridge no tea or coffee in the room and the most disappointing thing was no safe,to put out valuables. But the hotel itself is lovely and the staff very helpful.

A little dated, minimal amenities, but good

Hotel seemed very tired and some work obviously being undertaken. Staff friendly and helpful. Food usual Fletcher hotel fare.

It was just a place to stay. The room had five beds in it. It was hot in the room, so we opened the windows, but people were talking outside at the cafe until Midnight, so it was hard to sleep. No elevator for family rooms and it was a huge hassle to carry a family's luggage all the way up. Nothing fancy. Outdated room for sure.

The beds were very soft which I liked

We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Efteling - it was the perfect location for this! The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal we had in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were lovely and brilliant with the children. The family room was spacious and comfortable, it could have done with a kettle and hairdryer, but otherwise good. The only issue we had was the noise - some from other guests but mostly from doors banging late into the night and early in the morning. Overall a great stay, but we feel the hotel would benefit from some soft-closing doors!

The standard room was quite small but very clean. Staff excellent. Especially in the breakfast room. Next time i will book a comfort room.
