We arrived close to 9pm but Raul’s instructions were excellent. We loved having a laundry for our use, as we had been traveling for over 10 days. The room was spacious & clean. The area was perfect for exploring Seville! We would definitely recommend & would stay again!

Staff were wonderful—one even greeted us in the parking lot and personally showed us to the apartment, which was such a nice touch. We visited during Holy Week, and they were incredibly helpful, offering tips on how to navigate the city, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent. We’re a family of five with young children, and the apartment felt a bit small for us. While the bedrooms were comfortable, the living and dining area was quite tight, so it wasn’t the easiest place to relax. Having only one bathroom was also a bit challenging to share. That said, it wasn’t a major issue since we were out most of the time. Whenever we needed a break from walking, we enjoyed spending time in the rooftop common area. I do wish there had been a Nespresso machine or a regular coffee maker—only instant coffee packets were provided. Bathroom amenities were also fairly minimal.

Plenty of shops nearby and everything was there to cook but we choose to eat out.

The location is excellent 30 minutes from the airport, two supermarkets within 4 minutes walk and many excellent restaurants. It’s a short walk to the cathedral or the river. The studio was clean, the towels were fluffy and the bed really comfortable. Plenty of hangers and hanging space. The rooms were exactly as described and all the photos are accurate. There is a lift and a lovely rooftop area. The host is excellent at communicating before and during our stay. This is an excellent choice, can highly recommend.

Room was perfectly clean, but be aware that for apartments at the rear of the property there are no external windows (they open into a large covered, glazed atrium. Limited decoration internally (ie few pictures on white painted walls and ceiling). Small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, best suited to hot and cold drinks, plus snacks rather than full meals. Hanging rail rather than wardrobe and no drawers. Self checkin worked just fine, but no staff seen on site other than room cleaners. Stairs and lift to upper floors. Comfortable bed. Good location, easy to get to by taxi and with easy walk to the main sights
