Staff were wonderful—one even greeted us in the parking lot and personally showed us to the apartment, which was such a nice touch. We visited during Holy Week, and they were incredibly helpful, offering tips on how to navigate the city, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent.
We’re a family of five with young children, and the apartment felt a bit small for us. While the bedrooms were comfortable, the living and dining area was quite tight, so it wasn’t the easiest place to relax. Having only one bathroom was also a bit challenging to share.
That said, it wasn’t a major issue since we were out most of the time. Whenever we needed a break from walking, we enjoyed spending time in the rooftop common area.
I do wish there had been a Nespresso machine or a regular coffee maker—only instant coffee packets were provided. Bathroom amenities were also fairly minimal.
