The Angel is situated in the historic and picturesque village of Long Crendon in Buckinghamshire. The building is centuries old which is reflected in the architecture. I had a very comfortable room and a bed that allowed a really good sleep. There were plenty of dining options within a short drive. I took a walk into the village which presented some wonderfully thatched cottages and buildings. Breakfast was really tasty with ingredients that were obviously locally sourced. I would look to stay here in the future.

Nice clean room and lovely breakfast would stay again

Staff were all welcoming and helpful. The food is excellent.Has bottles of a very local brewery: XT. The bedroom was good too.

Lovely, welcoming B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was excellent. The only slight downside was the shower - it wasn't very powerful - adequate but if I had long thick hair washing it may be an issue. Good value for money.

Fantastic gem of a hotel near Thame . Great rooms and food

Very nice place, cosy, clean etc. Unforunatelt when I can down for breakfast at 7am (the start time) everything was locked up and no lights on. Couldn’t even get out of the building (a worry in itself). Someone did turn up at 7.15 but I had to be away by that time so had to dash off. Pity as I’d paid for the breakfast and other than that was a very nice stay.
