Everything’s amazing until we booked a spa my friend and I two for Tuesday. The staff was so rude. I never wanna really go back there again. Everything else was amazing but the spa. They got angry with us when we weren’t sure where to go or what we were doing she came into pretty much the greatest, and then they put us into these tubs. My girlfriend had a broken shoulder, left us. There never came back. We had to figure it out for ourselves for the rest of it, and when I went to talk to them, they turned this little do not speak to us, cause I’m on the phone sign around I unbelievable you can talk to somebody else. There was no one else around. They just kind of left us high and dry. I almost didn’t wanna go back. I go back to everything else, but not the spa. !! rude and ignorant! But just a spy everything else was amazing

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Great location, very nice rooms and amenities. Salt water pool was awesome and the gym was great as well.

We stayed on the second floor in room 2416 and took the elevator to the second floor, walked to the farthest end of the hallway and then had to go down two flights of stairs with our luggage. When we arrived at the second 2nd floor we again had to walk all the way back. Floor is carpeted and the carpet is buckling and there are tripping hazards every ten yards. Just seemed very tired and although clean, lacking maintenance. My wife and I would not return.

Excellent stay

This is a nice place. The pool area is great and has an outdoor hot tub.We paid extra for a waterfront and the location was terrible. I don’t know how they can call it waterfront. Yes we could see the water but a lot of our view of the water was blocked out by a cedar tree and a building.

Room was clean, stocked. No in-room safe. Bed too low and soft.

It would be nice to know what is included when you book a room. We needed a separate key for the pool, that needed to be exchanged every day and requested from front desk

The property was clean and comfortable and had great amenities. It is in a great location close to the water and downtown collingwood. Front desk staff were friendly and warm. It would be helpful if staff went over all the amenities at check in such as the fire pits rooftop etc so guests know about all the options. The spa staff could have been friendlier and their amenities do need updating.

The customer service at the hotel is very poor especially at the spa period then the room conditions were not good. We had a Jacuzzi bathtub that kept the motor kept randomly turning on while we were not even in the washroom, we're showering or bathing the remote for the T. V didn't work, the TV was antiquated. The tile on the floor were not secure, said they were loose and rocky, and it was quite dated in underwhelming. The toilet when you would flush it sounded like an engine was running in the tank.It was beyond loud.

Place is nice - just dated but price was reasonable so it was what i expected. rooms aren't sound proof enough though so we did hear people entertaining in their rooms until after midnight.

Every part of the hotel, are good to me

The suite was extremely spacious and clean. It definitely was one of their newly renovated rooms because the decor was modern. The amenities and spa were clean and the staff so kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning soon.

This is an amazing resort property located in Collingwood an we truly enjoyed our stay. Lots to do at the hotel and around the location. Had a most wonderful time.

Came here for our honeymoon. From the time we stepped foot in the building, we were treated so well. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. A cool robot to take you where all the amenities were. Staff were amazing. We will be back
