Booked single room for 1 night. Helpful staff at arrive @ departure. Everything was clean and as described. The mini kitchen was ideal for a late night hot snack @ breakfast . Also able to arrange to leave car on their carpark all day. Only problem. It is near a busy main road so traffic noise and I live at the end of a long cul-de-sac and not used to it !

Stayed here earlier on this year, was absolutely awesome. Actually spoke to a few members of staff whom were very helpful and told me all about the Hauntings and events which took place in the station hotel back in the day. I felt really comfortable staying here myself and would definitely do it again given the chance.

This hotel was so near the Black country museum so we didn't have far to go. It was near a lot of other things to see and do so it was the ideal place to stay. The rooms were fine apart from there was no air con but you could open the window so that was fine. The one good thing was the fact you were able to cook your own food if you wanted to. The little kitchen came with all the amenities you would need. It was by a noisy road but once you got used to it you had no problem sleeping. The staff were very nice and helpful. They had a lovely bar and a nice area to sit.

We are a big family and didn’t want to have room cars apart so they ensured we had interconnecting rooms, upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist jack was lovely he made conversation straight away and made us feel so welcome, he went above and beyond with things we needed help with such as the cot he never made it feel like any thing was a problem! The rooms were very clean and big. And our children were happy they could see the animals from the window. Staff and other guests were lovely at the bar too. You will be seeing us again very soon

The room we have is slightly basic but it is a decent size with a fair sized bathroom and a kitchen for doing simple meals, telly is a bit small but people are not going to spend a long time in the room.The lady who checked us in was friendly, the hotel was no doubt grand in the old days.
