The room was not clean at all, but the bathroom was disgusting, had mold all over the shower. I took pictures and everything. The staff was not very helpful, they had 0 customer service, was not a pleasant experience

The lights wouldn’t turn on because the breakers were off and the ac never worked

Awful hotel - had to check out and find another - air-conditioning doesn't work - faulty electrics - you could feel the springs in the mattress and squeaked very time you moved.

Ibis styles was the best place I accompdated during my trip in Rome.

The toilet flushing button is so hard to push.

The rooms were basic as we expected. The rooms were not well maintained, especially the showers.

The staff is unfriendly, the rooms, at least mine, stank horribly of damp, and the toilets are almost under the shower, with no door. This, besides being unsightly, causes the entire bathroom to flood. I would never stay here again.

This is not of Ibis standards … cannot give it any stars at all . Cannot recommend it . Breakfast is below. basic . I was in the suite but it was smelly and unkempt
