Fast response good service. The pillow is too soft. The mattress is rather hard. My advice is to bring your own toiletries. Because there is not provided there.

The hotel is not far from subway station, only 5-7 minutes walk. The facility was ok, you can ask for air-con remote and detergent. The WiFi connection was slow sometimes. The staffs were nice and helpful.
