- Hotel location is near old quarter of Hanoi, means convenience for walking around. - Room is quite small, especially toilet. Bed is comfortable. - Hotel staffs are friendly, they help us to book cheapest and reliable taxi

Staff enthusiastic, temporary room, broken dryer, little breakfast.

Room was not clean, drainage smell and bad lighting.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful which made us decided to book the transportation back and forth from sapa. There is a bathroom at the restaurant area which allowed us to take a shower before boarding on the night bus to sapa after we came back from Halong, even though we only stay there for the first night.

Hotel room is small but cozy, not afraid like other hotels. Breakfast is not bad, cute staff. Next time I still want to see the icon 36 system
