Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great price, comfortable beds, large room and breakfast available. Used self-service laundry and had drinks in pub. Wonderful stay experience.

I’ve stayed numerous times here, but the last couple of times check-in has been such a hassle.

double beds too small for 2 person when we booked 4 persons. They should upgrade to Queen size to accommodate 2 persons in 1 bed

Malgré la pénurie du personnel et qu’il doive faire plus qu’une tâche ….nous avons eu un service humain. La personne qui s’occupait de la réception nous a conseillé pour qu’on puisse trouver à manger passé minuit …car nous avons été bloqué sur la route pendant 5heures …et comme il devait travailler à 2 postes en même temps il nous a rassuré en disant qu’il nous attendrait …..merci

Le dernier déjeuner pré payé a été cancellé et remboursé mais m'a obligé à aller ailleurs. Cette cancellation aurait due être signalée au préalable pour éviter les retards pour le travail

The photo looked nothing like how the room actually was- neve stay again and so out of the way for food- mall and airport. No Uber’s. Had to take a $50 cab ride to and from for everything

Horrible- got there , the tv didn’t work. Someone came to fix it and it took about an hour with someone in our room while we were there fixing it instead of moving to a new room. The bathtub drain was plugged and hardly drained the water. Then opened up the mini fridge to put a few things in there and it was putrid!! Smelled like rotten fish. We had to keep our food outside in the snow so it didn’t spoil.
