Perfect location, good facilities compared to the price but I must say only one thing that is the most disappointing experience for us on our last night. We experience the false fire alarm (loud and announced in Chinese) at 5am and it was super shocking for the foreigners like us. That night, the fire alarm repeats 5-6 times and when we go down to check at the lobby the staffs seem very chill, just like this happens everyday. I must say that it ' s quite a nightmare for our trip. Probably it ' s just our bad luck but I hope the hotel can fix this so no other guests experience this ever again. Apart from that false alarm issue, its all fine and perfect for the price.

Hotel was near dongmen station so everything in taiwan was accessible via metro. Good breakfast buffet. Taipei 101 is just 30twd / 10min ride to. Hotel itself though small, was clean. Would recommend 10/10

Room is super clean, with friendly and accommodating front-desk and cleaning staff always ready to help. The booked room was a little smaller than expected but it's cozy and comfortable. I will definitely go back, and also recommend to friends and family visiting Taiwan. The package includes free breakfast from 7am-10am, complimentary water and snacks, replenished everyday, with hair drier and percolator.

The hotel is great. Room is very similar to description, delicious breakfast, very polite and hospitable staff. They are very dedicated when we ask for directions or any work. The lobby is also very beautiful with three sitting areas, with weight preparation for guests to weigh luggage. Traffic is very convenient, near the metro station. We are also given cakes.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel 73. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very accomodating.
