I didn't check in because the hotel never responded regarding the shuttle bus service, and I was unable to reach them through any channel. It was the worst experience I had on my first day arriving in LA. The app was also unable to provide any assistance or coordination in this matter.

The hotel is very near LAX, very convenient. The front office counter, Genesis, is very helpful and polite. There is a halal shawarma food truck at the parking area that opens from Thursday-Sunday at 11 AM onwards. It was very delicious.

The hotel is very near LAX and Avis car rental, about 10 minutes away. There is a 7-11 a 5-minute walk away, and in the parking area, there's a halal shawarma food truck selling from Thursday-Sunday from 11 AM onwards. The staff, Genesis, is very helpful and serves us politely.

On my first solo trip to America, I chose this hotel. I had a great time staying at this hotel. The hotel is close to LAX airport. The shuttle was very helpful for me to get there, even though it was only until 10 PM.

The staff were nice and our room was clean. The smell was a bit unpleasant though.

it is hotel for backpack...but very surprised they have rules allow pets to come in...

The hotel room was smelling bad. No trolleys were available in the morning and no attempt from the front desk to help us get one. The good services were the shuttle driver and service. The housekeeping lady was ok. No coffee in the room.
