The restroom smelled. The waitstaff were lovely and the service was good. We ate at the hotel several times, but there were always people sitting outside at tables near the bar—I'm not sure if they were the owners. Every time we went in, we felt unwelcome. On two or three occasions, they didn't smile or greet us. Everything else was okay; the food was acceptable and the atmosphere was nice.

The accommodation is great, right by the sea with a beach where you can swim and relax all day. However, be careful when traveling up and down the hills.

We booked a Standard Room but were accommodated in a bungalow, which was presented as an “upgrade.” Unfortunately, the condition of the bungalow was far from acceptable. The room had a strong musty odor and visible cleanliness issues. The bathroom was in poor condition, the shower was defective, and hygiene standards were clearly below expectation. We documented visible mold and general cleanliness problems with photos during our stay. Although the AC filter was cleaned after our complaint, the overall condition and smell did not significantly improve. No room change or meaningful compensation was offered during our stay. Labeling a room as an “upgrade” does not justify poor maintenance or hygiene standards. Guest experience and cleanliness should meet basic hospitality expectations regardless of room category. We are very disappointed with how this was handled. A room is not an upgrade if it smells of mold and has visible cleanliness issues.

The hotel closed the pool for renovation but did not inform from the beginning. Wasted time, money, and feelings. Prepared water play equipment from other provinces. To take children to play in the water, but did not play. The hotel did not take any responsibility. Also said that there were hundreds of cases like this already. People came and did not know that the pool was closed for renovation. Even though there were hundreds of cases, they still did not think to solve the problem. Very bad. Arrived in the evening. Had to leave the money at this hotel and go find a new hotel. By the time we arrived, it was already dark. Very disappointed.

Stayed on 20 Oct. When checking in, the staff informed that the swimming pool and restaurant were being renovated until the end of November. It was still okay, but it was during the hotel's renovation period. The construction was very bad. The workers started working and there was loud noise since before 9 am. There was no table for breakfast, so we had to eat in a corner. If anyone is going to stay, I recommend the end of the year after construction is finished. My first experience staying here was very bad. The noise was so loud that they didn't care about giving out the place to stay.

The accommodation has a very good atmosphere, beautiful view, clean rooms, lovely staff. Talked and gave good advice, very impressed.

Very comfortable, slience. Resort should upgrade more shuttle bus to main street.

Never disappointed about staying here, clean, calm, all staff are friendly.
