Bathrooms tiny, beds uncomfortable. Had a rat in my room, and there were rats in the carpark by the dozen. It was noisy, especially when people hit the pool; it echoed like crazy.

The strategic location is close to everything, the staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, the security guards are on standby 24/7, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms and hotel grounds are clean, and the rooms are always cleaned.
