We arrived in Phuket on 1st April 2025 *nope it is not an April fool joke We were greeted by an airport staff Ms Hasanah who was very friendly & helpful. She led us to the Van driver which we had arranged with the hotel for an airport pick-up service. It was a breeze. However the journey to the coastal side of Patong Beach is a 60 minutes ride. The aircon in the van we felt was stuffy and the air is not fresh (stale). The roads leading to the Charm (downtown) is winding and bumpy. Therefore the ride to the hotel was uncomfortable and we had a bad headache by the time we arrived. Didn't try the food as they were not Halal. When we searched there were apparently Halal food at the hotel. Paid for an upgraded deluxe room with pool access and breakfast for my family all paid for but we did not consume the breakfast for the 4 days. That was a waste. As a result we spent more money for transport from the hotel to get to town and spend breakfast and also transport back to hotel on our own additional expense. The beach is located across the one way street merely 5 minutes walk from The Charm where you can find many food & drinks vendors selling from 8am until late. We found Halal food there which was fantastic! Food & drinks prices were expensive but they were delicious & fresh. The pool is on level 7 at Blk D. However we were unable to use them as all other guests already occupied the pool deck chairs from morning till evening. Sunbathing. We were disappointed. We were there for 4 nights and throughout our 4 nights stay, we only enjoyed the comfort of our room 4108. Overall the hotel is clean & comfortable. The only other comfort we enjoyed was the hospitality of the front desk check in staff, Mr Earn, Mr Hamdan the concierge, and housekeeping services by their staff. They were always quick in delivering our requests. We are sorry we cannot name them all. All in all, we felt the hotel rating is overrated. We will try other hotels for our next visit to Phuket.

Ưu điểm: Phòng rộng rãi, nhân viên thân thiện, bể bơi đẹp, gần bãi biển Patong. Nhược điểm: Cửa phòng không đóng tự động nên nếu bạn chưa kịp đẩy vào nó sẽ kêu bíp bíp liên tục. Bữa sáng ít món có đạm. Phòng tắm bị trũng nên nước không tự thoát hết.

This hotel has one of the worst features I've ever encountered, in that the doors don't close by themselves (require a slight pull at the end), but when they aren't pulled fully shut, they start beeping. Really loudly until closed properly. So all day and all night, it's just constant beeping. All the way down the hall you can hear a door beeping. I found myself constantly getting up, and having to go down and close the doors myself. The thing is, it's not even a security feature, it's literally just telling everyone within a kilometre radius whose door is open haha. Otherwise, the place was fine.

The room is very comfortable. But the breakfast has a few choices.

Impressed from the moment I arrived Greet all customers in a friendly manner. Good location, across the road is the beach. You can walk to Bangla, you can go to Kalim, there are seven not far away. Phuket smart buses also run through. The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom is large, the breakfast is varied, quiet, safe, the deck has a very nice view. will find only help But there's really nothing to complain about.

The location of hotel is good in Patong beach, but crowded. The accommodation is big, clean and furnished.

Hotel near the sea The receptionist is very attentive. The room is spacious with a bathtub but there are buildings next to it being constructed. There may be some noise.

All staff are very helpful. Soft bed, soft pillows, beautiful rooms as shown on the website. But the room doesn't keep sound Who passed by or spoke loudly The room will be heard but not very loud. For us is not a problem. Very much like If going next time, will go here again.
