Gods place clean but lacks enough towels and toiletries

Great location! The beach is just outside the back entrance. Safe and quiet location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

While the staff was very friendly we encountered several inconveniences during our stay to include the following: The only daily cleaning service is to make the bed and provide a dry towel for the bathroom floor. Towels were not refreshed and bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned during our 7 day stay. There were no liners in the trashcans provided. Room service was extremely inefficient with one order taking approximately 3 hours and three different interactions (including a visit to the front desk) to receive correctly. We were told the kitchen staff cooked our food and then left for the night without delivering it. The second room service order we tried to place by phone but no one answered after several attempts. It was not near closing time for the restaurant so we went in person to the restaurant to place the order. We were told they were too busy to answer the phone and we cold only order pizza because everything else would take too long. The shower door is not useful. Water covers the entire bathroom including toilet paper during each shower. The hotel listing boasts a bar but no bar is located on the premises. As an American this was the main reason we booked this hotel as we understood that many locations in Morocco did not serve liquor. The room we booked was not available upon arrival so we were switched to a different class of room. We were told the view of the new room was better than the one we originally booked so I agreed. The view was of apartment building.

Very good property on the beach and next to Hassan Mosque! The pool was lackluster but we didn't stay long at the property anyway. Rooms are incredibly spacious and clean!!

Although it was just a couple of days, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It is ideally located on the shore and within walking distance from a shopping mall. Rooms were very clean and spacious and well equiped for longer stat. In fact, it is the first hotel that had your own personal washing machine and sufficient utentials and cutlerry for cooking if you wanted.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. It’s located right next to a shopping centre with ample fast food options. There is free underground parking too. The hotel itself is clean and spacious and the staff are great. Our room has a kitchen which was adequately equipped. The location is within a 10 minute driving distance of both the Hassan II Mosque and Morocco Mall. With stunning sea views, this hotel backs onto the beach. As a family of 4 we were not disappointed.

We loved its close proximity to restaurants and shops and to the beach. The hotel staff and security were very helpful, responsive and kind. The only negative are the thin walls between each unit. There isn’t much privacy. You can hear your next door neighbor.

this hotel is in the middle of the action. smack dab on the beach, lovely pool, all new and modern. the rooms are HUGE with a little kitchen area. the staff are tops and my stay was a 10+. trust me on this one...book this place.

Very horrible, don’t come. I was taking shower at night in the bathroom and suddenly the hot water ran off. I waited in the shower for 10min and still no hot water, so I called reception. They sent two men to check (I am a girl still in blanket and my hair still wet). These two men told me to wait for 5-10min and hot water will come out. I waited for 30min still no hot water. I was super cold in the blanket. I called reception again. Still two men coming to check but the same old wording and asked me to wait. I requested to borrow a bathroom in a new room, but they kept me waiting for 1 hour. It was 1:30am in the morning. I am so so so disappointed with this five-star hotel. I didn’t finish my shower until 2am. And the men’s attitude so bad and rude.

Walking distance to the beach. However, there is no shower facility on the beach. The outdoor pool is shut in November, so no place to wash my feet by the outdoor pool if there is a shower there or not (not sure). Luckily, I can wash my feet by the surfing school shower facility. No restaurant either on the property, but there is a Mall nearby with food court. Breakfast is good. However, my favourite chicken noodle soup in the morning was absent afterwards. Only two days I enjoyed the soup. A good idea to leave for your next guests, whatever is bought from Carrefour supermarket in the Mall. I left washing-up liquid and washing powder, kitchen towels - as you buy more than you need for a week's stay. Another thing for future guests: Please warn them about the local red taxis - they are ripping off tourists. Two occasions happened to us. The drivers told me that meter machine only for daytime, not in the evening. So they charged me 100 dirhams instead of 20-30 dirhams for 15 minutes drive. Then, when I gave him 100 dirhams, they demanded twice because there are two of us. So I had to pay them 200 dirhams! They said the same thing, that it is the rule in Casablance to pay double if there are two people in the car! I managed to get a meter taxi at lunchtime, gave him 100 dirhams asking for a change; he said no money for a change. So I just had to give him 5 euros instead of 20 dirhams!

I enjoyed my stay

Great location right next to the mall. Great walk by the beach with nice restaurants. Accommodating staff. The rooms were nice and spacious but the furniture looks tired and needs upgrading. Pool towels not provided.

Have stayed here previously and the hotel has had a comprehensive makeover. It’s all to a good standard. Small nightly issue with a broken patio door lock was immediately resolved by the Manageress and facility officer

Amazing place !

What a disappointment! The only good thing about this property is the excellent location and the spacious apartments. The rest is terrible, staff, food. Rooms not equipped enough. Kitchen useless and old. I asked for a microwave and they brought an old and dirty one. The staff not responsive at all, you can ask for the same thing several times. To make it short, my stay was terrible. I stayed at the Pestana Marrakech and it was very good. The Pestana Casablanca needs improvement.

In the hotel specifications stated its has a gym available but this is not correct.
