The location is central, we liked it. Several attractions can be reached within a few minutes walk. The breakfast is a bit below average. The choices are limited. The first morning the bread was not fresh, it felt like they left it there from the previous day. The pillows are uncomfortable. The staff is friendly.

After massively overpaying for probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to they charged me for a late checkout. Super noisy - can hear everyone on the street. You come in through a ground floor which looks like a storage unit. No amenities / slippers in the rooms.

Perfect! The Hotel is situated in the right Spot! It has beautful smell all around and we are excited feom the begin of our trip! I can only recommend :)

Great location (close to Rialto Bridge & The main square) I stayed in single room which was exactly as photo on website. The room was clean although it was a bit small but it had everything I needed ( At the end of the day I was only in the room to sleep & shower) The breakfast was fresh,not too much choice but was adequate. I found the staff friendly & helpful. I also had no problems checking in or out.

Pros: It was clean - our room was hygenised every day and our towels were changed. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good - 3 minutes from the Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was good but mainly packaged food. Cons: The room was very small, but for this part of the city it is probably average. We were at the attic and there were a lot of narrow corridors and steep steps on our way to it. The air-conditioning couldn't work more than 8 hours and broke once during our stay, but after signalling for it, they repaired it. There were not a lot of options for vegetarians at breakfast. Keep in mind that the toilets on the ground floor are part of a restaurant with the same name of the hotel and cannot be used by the hotel guests. The personnel of the restaurant can be very rude and aggressive about it!
