Nice time staying here. Breakfast was good.

Yes it was run down and they had no food at the breakfast stations but still charged us.

Food on first night was awful:chicken in flaky pastry reminded me of what I gave my cat and tasted vile. Other meals ok. Staff were mostly friendly. The single room where a family member stayed was disgusting and needs renovating urgently. Wasn't keen on the town and not near restaurants in walking distance.

It’s my hometown and I’m remember the ruin it was during my childhood.

Property parking wasn’t well defined, and outside looks nothing like the pictures. When we checked in they said we hadn’t paid for our room, which we have and they couldn’t fix it so we have to wait till the morning to fix the issue. Then we wanted drinks and went outside and the tables were dirty and the server forgot about us. It started raining so we moved inside and then we were completely forgot about. We had to ask for service 3 times before someone came to take our order. It was terrible service at the restaurant/bar. Our bathroom in our room has spiders in the corner, there is no shower curtain so our bathroom will have water all over the floor after 3 of us will be showering in the morning. We paid $217 after taxes, Not worth the price at all.

A great hotel but not the best welcome. I'd previously emailed with a couple of questions and requests - these weren't responded to and then at check-in the receptionist 'suddenly' found my email. I'd particularly booked the hotel because of the pool but you have to reserve time to use - which I'd requested in my email - so we couldn't use it. We then asked about having dinner outside - the receptionist so no tables were available -- so on our way out to find dinner, we did ask at the hotel restaurant if there was an outside table - and there was. Had a great dinner. Overall, it was great - just a poor welcome which needs to be improved.

The staff made this quaint and charming place the best stop on our 17 day European vacation! Totally recommend to anyone traveling through this area, you won't be disappointed.

Not so good. Very lacking in customer service, seemed to be because we're Americans, kinda ignored us at dinner while everybody else received ok service. Advertised laundry facilities, but it was poor equipment and they were not wanting to assist us. English speakers beware.

Really nice picturesque hotel , clean rooms , although basic , probably needs a renovation soon . Small tv , good size bathroom, restaurant nice a varied menu .

Beautiful location. Convenient parking. The sauna and pool can be reserved for privacy, a nice option after a long day of driving.

Staff good and efficient, restaurant good but the room very tired and dated.

Hotel was clean and food was good. Just the room was definitely not ok. We booked one of the most expensive and spacious rooms in the hotel (just under €200 for that night) to find out the internet there didn’t work, which we needed for the work we needed to do for our business during our stay. The mini fridge hardly kept things in it cold and the curtains in the room didn’t cover the window! So people could look in from the street, that was at the same level as our room, during day and night. And of course the room wasn’t dark due to this as well as soon as the sun comes up. The room felt a bit like a cheap youth hostel stay. Overall the room sure wasn’t worth the price.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben das kleine Schwimmbad genutzt, es war sehr sauber! Abends haben wir die beide Abende im Restaurant genossen, dieses befindet sich im Gewölbekeller der alten Gerberei. Das Essen war fantastisch, man merkt, Frankreich ist nicht weit weg. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten!

Je séjourne dans cet hôtel tous les jeudis depuis maintenant 4 ans, et la qualité du service est toujours au rendez-vous. L’accueil est constamment chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné. Les chambres sont toujours propres, confortables et bien entretenues. C’est un véritable plaisir d’y revenir chaque semaine en toute confiance. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa régularité et son professionnalisme. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Prima en ruime kamer. Huisdiervriendelijk, hond mocht niet mee naar ontbijtzaal, maar er werd een goed alternatief geboden. Vriendelijke mensen, schoon hotel.
