Great place to stay.

Friendly staff, provided city map and excellent suggestions for transportation and sightseeing. Breakfast has lots of options. Good location, very close bus and train station, walking distance to old town.

Very close to the train station and an easy, pleasant walk to the town center. Quiet boutique hotel with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This is a charming hotel. The staff from reception to breakfast dining and room support staff are the friendliest and polite people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We are assuredly going to be returning for another visit in the future. The location is close to the train and bus station, with restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries close to the hotel.

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly, also close to the train station. However, no kettle, no USB charge connection and no sleepers are provided, it makes customers are inconvenient staying in a room.

Clean and very well managed!

The property was VERY NICE!!!! Our only minor issue, was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was included, and the staff was very nice. My only issue, was that sounds pass from room to room very easily. We heard the TV, and even minor conversations in other rooms very easily. The price was great, and location was FANTASTIC!!!

it was a nice property but id say some things needed updating. the bathroom smelt weird maybe because of some sewage issues. but that aside the staff were wonderful and the area was fantastic about 15-20 mins to lisbon by car

We enjoyed our stay in the Boutique Hotel in Sintra. Would surely recommend it

The room we had was very small for two people and two medium sized suitcases, but it was sufficient enough for the price. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is within walking distance to the train/bus station. We could walk into town, albeit up a ton of steps, buts that’s Portugal! The local buses that take you to the palaces stop close by outside of the hotel. We chose to use an uber/bolt which was inexpensive and a TukTuk ride on the way home. There is a very nice restaurant with great wine right across the street and many other nice restaurants in town.

Beautiful little hotel close to everything. Great neighborhood. Staff was very professional and eager to help. Nice breakfast too. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and comfy bed. Highly recommended

The room and bathroom were both spacious and the staff helpful and friendly. Area was convenient and peaceful. the buffet breakfast was great! All the right options on it!
