A lovely old school hotel, clean, comfortable with lovely staff and fantastic views out over Llandudno.

Amazing views, really welcoming staff, great choice at breakfast. Very comfortable beds, clean room. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

this is the third time we,ve stayed at the Headland and because its an older style hotel it has its quirkyness and a few things have to be taken into account( no lift) but a great place and the views are brilliant.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, lovely breakfast and amazingly comfy beds. Would definately stay there again and recommend to others.

Hotel located on a steepish hill, behind & close by the pier, with great views all over Llandudno. Greeted by Katie, who was courteous & attentive throughout, as was Eugene. A five minute walk into the centre with lots of pubs, restaurants & shops. Lovely long promenade to walk along and admire the sea and surroundings views. Only minor gripe is, the hotel is a bit dated, but charming all the same, and our bedrooom windows were difficult to fully close. This meant cold draughts at this time of year, especially on windy nights, in our sea facing room - probably a bonus in summer! We also had our dog with us, who enjoyed his stay, especially his bonus breakfast sausage, served at a table set up for us in the lounge.Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, our 4th time staying here & definitely would stay again. Clean, peaceful, stunning views, comfortable, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. A Llandudno gem on the Great Orme.

Everything was perfect for what we needed

Excellent view over Llandudno, superb location near Happy Valley, delicious breakfast, pleasant corner to bring our dinner, lovely old house. No lift, but we knew this. However, no in-room safe, only one key for 2 of us (and we'd booked a room for 3!) even though we asked. When we asked for more water- staff claimed manager was too busy, then that he was on a flight somewhere, then that they didn't have another water bottle in the entire hotel; no real sense of customer service.

Room was near perfect. Few bits just needed touching up in the bathroom, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Staf were very acomodating and helpfull, very welcoming and couldnt do enough to help me.

Everything was just fantastic staff were very helpful knowledgeable dog was made very welcome breakfast was very good will be going back next year

We enjoyed our trip to Llandudno and the hotel was overlooking the pier. I'm vegetarian and my partner is vegan, we were given a lovely breakfast each morning and it set you up for the day. Room was okay, a bit on the small side. This is our second time to visit and got recognised by the staff as soon as we entered.

Great hotel to stay in with our dog, beautiful sea view, lovely breakfast, perfect family room. Overall very clean just in need of a little tlc.
