Ok hotel, showing its age in lots of areas though.
Frustrating having to swipe room card in the lift to go down to reception. Other guests shared my thoughts.
And frustrating having to keep a parking voucher displayed on your dashboard while using the carpark. My rego number had already been asked for and submitted at check in. Little things, but not not normally experienced at similar hotels.
The big downside, which is why I rated service 2 stars, was being charged $20.00 for 2 cans of soft drink and a bag of crisps by reception. Way way over the top and totally unnecessary.
