I was impressed. The price was reasonable, not too expensive. It was convenient, and there was a swimming pool for the kids to play in.

The room is very old, old condition, dirty bed sheets, dirty curtains. The room condition is not like a hotel. The air conditioner has a musty smell.

Pro: 1. Room was spacious. 2. Small kitchen with simple cooking tools and microwave cons: 1. No soundproof, you can hear each time the neighbors close the door. 2. “do not disturb” sign visibly hanging outside but the housekeeping entered the room without notice !! So rude!! 3. Dried blood stain on the blanket since 1st day check in. No change for 3 nights!! 4. No phone in the room 5. Oily floors 6. No coffee/tea in the room?? I wouldn’t go back to stay here!

The location is quite far from Aonang beach, so, if u don't know how to take bike I would not recommend to stay there. Environment is good as the villa is located at quite village place. Services is good. Rooms was clean. Staff is friendly. Worth to stay.
