Excellent Hotel , top service & great location

Arrived and wasn’t given instructions for using the elevator (need room key), after a 12 hour travel day, we wanted to unwind and watch a movie, there were NO MOVIES available for rent nor are there streaming services available on the TV. Upon leaving, there was nobody to get our vehicle from valet. Won’t be visiting again.

Ac didn’t work all night long we tried to setup temperature 67 but it still stay warm and temperature goes up not down
