Great location, Dyson hair dryers.. really a nice room. Clean, large (loft) perfect stay

Room had lovely furnishings, was well lighted, and had plenty of charging ports. Lots of good restaurants, central library, stadium—and even an excellent tailor within a few minutes walk.

We enjoyed staying here, however….. whilst the room is large, it’s what I’d call austere comfort. Not exactly luxurious. It has an hostel type vibe! Also, the TV on the wall faces the empty part of the room?? Not in front of the bed, so watching in bed would not be exactly comfortable. But, streaming services were not working so we couldn’t watch Netflix anyway. If this is essential to your evening enjoyment, check with with hotel to see if it it’s operational again. I did make my feelings known to staff and we were given complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. The staff (Min) was lovely, very helpful, as were all the staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although the pillows were way too high. I used the alternate one in the drawer which was also too high. I’m not sure I’d stay here again. The location was good.

Amazing location and a beautiful loft suite! The aromatherapy diffuser was an amazing touch in the room and the staff were absolutely amazing and attentive to every need. Will most definitely book here again for any Vancouver concerts and events

We enjoy staying here for the friendly staff, nice rooms and great location. If I had one minor complaint is that the rooms never seem to be available early at all. We tend to always arrive a little early and have yet to receive our room ahead of time. Again though this is a minor complaint. The place is great. Close to stadiums, theaters and Yaletown. Would still stay here again.

Location, cleanliess and staff

The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and always available via text message. Short stay this time but I loved it!

The staff were outstanding , rooms were clean. Went out of their way to accommodate situations that were out of their control .

Room was great, clean, new. Lots of restaurants near by, arena is near by.
