If I could 0 stars I would , around 7:30 pm I went to the fest and requested a wake up call @ 1:45 am , I was going from Teresopolis to the airport by taxi @ 2:30 am, no wake up call was made, I woke up just by fluke at 2:20 , rushed downstairs at the moment I got to the desk no one was there, to do my check out, the taxi waiting outside, the front electric door totally locked, and a sign at the desk “ please wait I’ll be back soon” I figured out no one was coming I remembered there was an exit by the garage, tye main door was closed but on it I figured out there was a little door, that happened to be open my luck, I run to the cab and left . This incident totally ruined my stay at this place , I definitely will not go back to intercity Teresopolis, total lack of respect and responsibility!!

The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

Quarto e banheiro muito limpos

Há muitos anos fico no Hotel, vi seu cafe da manha perder o Bacon, sem peito de Peru, etc.. agora considero o cafe da manhã simples. Hotel ganha muito por localização, estacionamento mesmo que cobrado a parte e por seguir um bom padrao de limpeza e roupas de cama e banho.

Excelente localização, comércio farto, quarto espaçoso, temperatura da água permitindo um banho de qualidade, café da manhã muito bem servido e melhor, até às 11 hiras
