Room was ready, late check-in. clean and ready to go

Second time staying at this hotel. Very nice even though they are renovating and construction on site. Room was very clean and the staff was really nice. Will be returning...

The staff was incredibly nice, and the rooms / common area super clean despite the remodel. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and it was in a very convenient location. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. They moved us rooms to try to accommodate for a softer bed and although slightly better, still uncomfortable. Additionally, the windows are paper thin, and even from the 11th floor we could hear every car, conversation and dog barking.

Beautiful hotel in a great area!. Water has way less bleach compared to other hotels in SLP and to me that’s very important!. Staff is really friendly! I would recommend staying in this hotel! …. We had a great stay! ….

The property is nice and personal were super friendly. The only bad thing was the cleanliness. I spent 3 nights at this hotel and they didn't change the bed sheets even the blanket looks dirty and didn't change it.
