The gate code that was emailed to me had an added digit, so it obviously didn't work. The amount of traffic at the gate and an erroneous code made for an extremely frustrating arrival. It took a while to get things figured out. When we made it to check-in, the lady basically said "oops" - and blamed her quick typing for the mistake. She definitely could have made us feel better with a little more understanding/compassion.
Unfortunately we stayed here during an extreme heat wave (97F, 36C), so the lack of AC made things pretty tough. In a more moderate climate, our experience probably would have been more positive.
