Not recommended. Locates inside of a shopping mall, btw very ugly building, therefore sharing a public parking lot with all other people, no separate hotel parking, very dirty. Room is as old as my grandma’s tv, making me feeling traveling back in time, small n disappointing and incredible old fashioned decoration. No bathtubs for such expensive price, no welcome fruit, not enough water, service is not 5 star level at all, more like privately owned. Thought it’s family friendly and famous for Dudu car drive for kids. But when we got to our floor, the hallway is full with toy cars, but you must need to upgrade your room ( same room, you’ll get a tent in room for kids)+ your kids could drive in the floor you live, otherwise you can only rent the toy car in 8th floor, meanwhile you have to suffer from the noise of toy cars around the room. Very loud. So expensive it is, I can’t understand they ask you to pay so much again to upgrade just for the toy car riding. The price is enough for you to buy a toy car. Feel like this old fashioned ugly hotel just wanted to make the best of all facilities to make money out of it. Such price I could get 2 nights in ritz Carlton in Bali. It is the only hotel I know you have 75 mins breakfast dine in limit, and they have sessions open each 15mins, you can’t just walk in. Horrible. Will Never come again and will talk to friends in Tienmu

Came here with my 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Was worried that 4 pax in a double bed would be too small but the bed turns out to be big enough for 2 adults, 1 baby and 1 toddler. There was also a tent with a thin mattress inside. My girl enjoyed riding the motorbike and car around the level that we stayed. The kids also enjoyed the little play room and we also managed to catch Zootopia 2 in the Cinema. All for free. Free daily breakfast was okay - same good daily which consisted of mostly local food like porridge, rice etc. service was wonderful and reception was friendly. Given 2 free plushies as well. Hotel is located in Luna Plaza with lots of eateries as well. Overall, would love to be back here again!

One of the best hotels that we have stayed at. Spacious family room, provide Evian bottled water, coffee machine, bathtub. Good breakfast with lots of varieties. Free flow of soft drinks, juices and even beer! Hotel is where the famous Red lantern/cherry duck is at. You need to make reservation n place a deposit for the duck. There’s free race car games at L1. There’s bouncy castle, race track with traffic lights n lots of cars at L8. There’s a place where you can go for free coffee, biscuits n bread when it’s open. Theres even a kids play area n movie area in this cafe with lots of books. (L7) Free movie screenings daily, you need to go to the L6 counter to get the free tickets.

A great hotel for kids. A note to parents, if your kiddos (like mine) are interested to drive their “own” vehicle or motorcycle, make sure you reserve the fantastical room instead of just the family room. We did not know the difference and reserve the family room which was placed on the only floor which did not allow for the kiddos to drive their own vehicle. It was quite a disappointment for our children as they call it the “motorcycle hotel” and they did not get to drive. You can go to the common area on the 8th floor to drive the cars but there are no motorcycles. Nonetheless, it is a fun hotel with many kid-friendly activities and family-centered events.
