Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was clean and overall a good stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and slippers to be available in the room — but even upon request, they were not provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport access is reasonably good.*

The room was spotless and spacious. The food was great and so was the service. My only negative was the internet was very slow and I relied on my eSim travel for better bandwidth

Friendly staff clean rooms and great food from bar food to restaurant food. Good public transport for travelling to Vienna center and the airport. If you like to play golf the golf course linked to the hotel looks very good.

Nice clean spacious room, friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast is a little expensive but there is a Hofer supermarket across the street to buy all the essentials.

Room was excellent, although not over looking the golf course as advertised. The room was actually overlooking the driving range but happy with the room and view.

This was a very nice hotel to spend a weekend at. Everything was new and clean, and the gym was great! The staff was pleasant and accommodating throughout the stay. There are two metro stations within a 10-15 minute walk, which made it very easy to get to the city centre.

I would say mixed reactions. For the price I paid, I felt the hotel was not giving me a good value. Breakfast was lacklustre. Room was of decent size, but internet connectivity was not good. Cooling was not sufficient so I had to keep the window open throughout the night and that comes with its own challenges. The bathroom was smaller than most other hotels in this range.

Good food

First time using hotels.com absolutely horrendous experience. We chose to stay at Austria trend hotel booking was confirmed. We had an email couple days before asking if we had any special requests we would like adding. We arrived 11pm at night got to reception to be told our stay has been cancelled. We was told we would be refunded and that’s it go find a hotel. It wasn’t in a city centre so there wasn’t much around. It was late we were low on options, woman on reception just kept repeating nothing she can do it will be refunded. We come to conclusion we would have to stay on the sofas in the lobby. We took our suitcases just got settled in the lobby. Around 20 minutes later the woman came over and miraculously there was a room available.

Overal was a pleasant stay. Abit further out from the city centre but was comfortable and clean.

great hotel, restaurant food not great and its a stretch to say its 3.5 miles to centre. But nonetheless really enjoyed accomodation
