We recently stayed at this property, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. From the safety of the neighborhood to the hygiene of the room, everything was completely unacceptable.
Here is a breakdown of our stay:
* The Room & Hygiene: The overall quality of the room was terrible. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. Worst of all, we discovered literal blood spots on the window blinds—a massive biohazard and proof that this room was not properly cleaned before our arrival.
* The Bathroom Flooding & Smell: The shower was completely broken or improperly sealed, causing water to pool all over the bathroom floor every time it was used. We had to sacrifice a mountain of towels just to keep the standing water from spreading into the bedroom. Because of the constant moisture, the entire bathroom had a heavy, musty smell.
* Breakfast & Dining: To add insult to injury, breakfast was not free, and paying extra for it was a total waste of money. The food options were incredibly mediocre and uninspired.
* Staff and Service: When we went to the staff to explain the flooding and asked them to replace the pile of dirty, soaked towels off the floor, they completely ignored our request. The towels were never replaced, leaving us to deal with the mess ourselves.
* Location: To top it all off, the surrounding area felt incredibly sketchy and unsafe. We did not feel secure leaving the hotel or walking around the p
