The model is very dirty. It looks fine from outside. When I entered the model, I noticed that the hall way is very dirty. It probably has NOT been cleaned for a very LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOG time. After entering the room, I found that the AC is not working. Asked front desk to switch to another room. The room floor is very sticky. I also noticed that the bed sheets are not changed. They only made the bed, and did not change the sheet. You can still find the hairs from the person before. I talked to the front desk and get clean sheets and changed them myself. Also, the bath tub is dirty, there are many brown spots on the bath tub (probably burned by cigarettes). Bath tub looks like a scene in a horrible movie. Avoid this model if you can.

Dirty bathroom, no fridge, no microwave, room smell smoking everywhere, a lot of dog fur everywhere in the room.

I would not stay here unless I had no other choice. The motel is not clean, smells of weed, and generally felt unsafe. The rooms said non-smoking, but there was nowhere that I didn't smell weed. I paid for two nights and could only be refunded for one night.

We were happy with our stay. Room was clean. We requested the non smoking and for sure there was no smoking smell, was very happy about that.

Carpets unclean throughout motel; WIFI spotty at best due to insufficient bandwidth, TV easily 20 tears old.

The property was run-down and smelled like smoke. The swimming pool was dry ( due to broken pipe) The room reeked of smoke ( it was supposed to be non-smoking. My grandson is allergic .Water pressures in sink -- really low. The Tub would not drain. I called the desk and was told that there was maintenace man had gone home. the only other room was a smoking room. We could not stay there and left. They gave me a Refund Receipt for Room 234 on June 29,2025 .Motel said they would credit Expedia for Conf No. # 9340AIP102 Expedia Confirmation # 7315498210806 The property was run-down and smelled like smoke. Horrible service will not ever stay there again

Everything went smoothly. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable considering the outdoor temperature reached 100 degrees.

Check in was easy. Room had zero amenities. A bed and a tv that poorly worked, and an air conditioner that should have been put out to pasture years ago. The building, hallways, and elevator were gross and dirty. The room was clean, bathroom had been cleaned but not well. It was fine because it was only a night due to an HVAC emergency at home. However, in the morning when I took a shower there was a literal smear of human poop on the inside of the shower curtain. I’ll never stay here again. Probably not a motel 6 either. It was more like a college dorm building than a motel, and considering the effort from the staff, that certainly makes sense. I got a discount from booking online, and it still wasn’t even worth the discounted price. The “normal” price of the room was just under $200 (for 1 person)… how you have the gall to charge $200 for that should be illegal.

The location area is nice. The rooms are nice sized. The service is good. The front desk ladies are nice. My only complaint is the room isn't very clean. The bathroom floor is not swept well. Especially behind and next to the toilet there is debris on the floor. The room floor is not swept good. There are pieces of debris here and there. The clothes hangers in the room had human hairs hanging from them. I would not recommend this place and won't be back.

I liked they had a pool but closed it early doesn’t say a time when it will be open again WiFi is weak and not good rooms are dirty no breakfast or a mini fridge for food one towel per person and no pillows how can you have no pillows TVs are small bed are hard AC barley works a lot of walking and nothing to do but it’s a quick place to stay

The bath tub was dirty. There was 2 dead baby bunnies in the pool area. They were on a dust pan. So its not like someone didnt know they were there. The pool was right outside of our room and so were the dead bunnies. It smelled terrible. They didnt have extra pillows. There were only 4 in te ro

Horrible wouldn’t recommend

This is the nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in, and we use them a lot because we travel with our dogs.

I LIKE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING💩

The room had a few cosmetic issues and the table wasnt secured to the wall right. it moved around a lot when i tried to use it. Besides those things the stay was exactly what i wanted from the motel. All the staff were wonderful; friendly, helpful, and very respectful. Would have liked if the guest guide website had a map of the property and had the hours and rules for the pool. But those are small things. The weather kept me from the pool but it looked clean and maintained.

Friendly staff and convenient to highways in all directions. Inside of microwave was very dirty. Everything else, very clean.

Great stay just outside Philadelphia (at a smallll fraction of the cost). Cute community with everything you'd need.

The wifi never worked, never came by to clean room.
